Contract Recruiting: We furnish skilled Recruiters at an hourly rate. This gives you full control of costs and services with a low minimum expense factor.


Contingency Search: Payment of search fees are "contingent" on the hiring of a sourced candidate. Based on your requirements, we conduct an in-depth search but only receive payment when we produce results.


Contract Staffing: Allows you to bring in professional-level employees for a specific length of time or for a specific project. The contractor is the employee of our contracting division.  We act as the Employer of Record, freeing our client from administrative problems, tax and workers' compensation issues, payroll, and unemployment liabilities.


Temp-To-Hire:  In a "Temp-To-Hire" (TTH) scenario, the candidate is hired initially as a contract employee or consultant, then transitioned into a permanent position following a designated “trial period”. A hybrid of the Contract Staffing solution and the Contingency Search solution, Temp-To-Hire (TTH) is especially appealing to clients seeking the immediacy of a direct hire solution, while maintaining the flexibility of a trial scenario to ensure they are getting the right fit from both a technical and personal perspective.


Managed Payroll Services:  You can utilize our Payroll system by itself. Say you’ve already identified an employee you would like to have work at your company but you are not ready to add to your regular headcount, we can help using our exclusive Managed Payroll service to bring the candidate on as a “contractor”.  As such, we will act as the “employer of record” covering all employer-related obligations including:

  • Payroll Taxes – FICA, SDI, State and Federal
  • Employee Hourly Wage
  • Workers’ Compensation
  • Unemployment Taxes
  • Administrative payroll costs of processing checks
  • Liability Insurance & Bonding
  • Errors and Omissions insurance coverage
  • All administrative costs in maintaining status of employer
  • All general communications to employees and client liaison costs with being a supply vendor
  • Employment Eligibility Verification according to IRCA
  • Maintenance of required employment records (payroll, personnel, etc.)
  • Required Government Reporting
  • Unemployment Claims and/or related and applicable claims against the Employer
