An Exclusive search is most often used for mid-level positions or positions where there is a large volume of hires needed. Using an array of resources at our disposal, you’ll choose from a number of prescreened and prequalified candidates. An upfront engagement fee is required to start the search. The remainder of the payment is contingent upon the successful identification, selection and hire of said candidate. Fees for this type of search are generally a percentage of the candidate’s first year guaranteed income paid by the client. Our guarantee will vary depending upon the negotiated fee.
