Our Founder

Cindy Belicka brings more than 30 years of experience in recruiting, executive search, client development, and leadership hiring. Before founding CB & Associates, she held senior leadership roles with national recruiting firms including Accustaff/Randstad and Olsten Staffing Services, where she led sales, marketing, operations, and regional growth across Southern California, Arizona, and the Pacific Northwest.

Her background gives her a practical, business-minded perspective on search — one grounded in understanding client needs, assessing leadership fit, and building long-term relationships. Cindy earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut and serves on the board of directors for PIHRA, the Professionals in Human Resources Association, a division of SHRM. She also volunteers with the 1736 Family Crisis Center and supports the World Wildlife Fund and the National Audubon Society. Outside of work, Cindy enjoys skating along the strand in Redondo Beach, hiking the Palos Verdes trails with her husband Robert and their rescue dog, Maizy, cooking for family and friends, and taking in live music — from festivals to intimate local venues.
